to my friend

Hey, Caitlin.
I miss you. A lot. And here are some highlights of that list of memories between you and I that I found in my memory box...

1. Going outside to film my short pants.
2. The "Left left left left left RIGHT LEFT git on up, git on up, git on up RIGHT LEFT!" song & dance (and being heard by the entire Commtech class).
3. Playing the long-short game after lunch on the bench.
4. "EAT the sausage!"
5. All the murder mystery parties we had.
6. The babysitting club we made up called "Kid Kare on Kall" (K.K.O.K.) and didn't realize the acronym by which we nicknamed our little club was ridiculously close to the KKK. Also, having 1 official meeting with babydolls and Mickey Williams present.
7. Our radio show on the keyboard and our performance to your Mom and sister of "Adelvice" from the Sound of Music
8. Walking through your sprinkler with an umbrella acting sad and lost 10 million times singing one of your tunes from your plays. "Allllways, almost been a year..."
9. "I'd like to make a toast to Bob." (Okay, we were SERIOUSLY on crack to have enjoyed that game THAT MUCH.)
10. Recording your answering machine at your parents to read, "You have reached the Constipation Incorpation. Please go take some laxatives and call us back. Have a nice day!"
11. Watching the Price Is Right in your Mom's bed in the morning after sleepovers
12. The Secret Garden wave
13. Watching The Langaliers
14. "Nick Lachey-eh-heh-HAY!"
15. Scary Carrie, Cheech021, Dinnerbell
16. The song we made up about your Mom's story about the guy in the red sweatpants. "Sing about dick print, dick print, in that beautiful cake. Sing about dick print, dick print YA MADE A BIG MISTAKE."
17. Chipmunk head and Yahtzee
18. Dominating in Super Nintendo Mario Brothers
19. Anything and everything about senior lunch and "throwing some back for Dave"
20. Driving to Boston and staying at the Y there, and 3 tickets in a matter of 4 days
21. Joey Howard. Joey ANTHONY.
22. The pages upon pages of judges notes we made when critiquing eachother for performances and dances for Trampoline Olympics. (Remember when Dominick jumped into the roof?!)
23. Climbing to the top of your parents shed in the backyard and singing into tree branches to put on performances for your Mom while she was gardening
24. Getting so bored that we ran around the block barefoot and timed eachother
25. "RLLLLLLLLLL NIIIIIINNNNETEEEEENNNNN!!!!!"
26. Paddle boating at my Grandparents lake and picking flowers, singing once again, Adelvice, in a round...for like, 2 hours straight.
27. Slingshotting potatoes off of the roof of Riverwatch Tower into the Olentangy River. And the death of my sunglasses.
28. Giving the lady at Panera new names so when they call them out they say, "FARONDA" or "SHANIQUA your order is ready."
29. Thumbs up on the highway to CD101's Top 5 at 5 when we'd drive home from work together.
30. Face mask night.
31. BEYOOOONNNNCCCCCC and Peg Bundy. Best Halloween costumes EVER.
32. Spending every single ounce of daylight at the Worthington Pool. Being practically African American because we were so tan.
Okay, I have to stop here, or this list will take up an entire week's worth of posts!

I love you, man. Our weirdness keeps me sane.
