a second rant

Dear Government (or whoever is tricking us...aliens, Michael Jackson, 2pac):

I cannot thank you enough for getting inside my brain to trick me into buying a piece of styrofoam to nurse my injury. How DO you do it?

Oh, that's right. We get an injury running. We immediately go straight to the internets to research what we can do to get rid of it ASAP. We're told to invest in a rolling mechanism to release pressure from our muscles that have tiny tears from repetitive exercise. We're told we're going to die (that was you, 2pac, wasn't it). So we go to Target, we have a vision in mind. We go to the workout aisle and we see only 1 choice for this rolling mechanism. And oh, by the way this one choice/piece of f'ing styrofoam that you've simply stamped with a brand is TWENTY FIVE FREAKING DOLLARS.

Thank you for continuing to rob me of my 25 year old single woman income, as if you weren't already taking me for a ride with my health insurance. I'd rather be spending my hard earned cash on veggie burgers and draft beer.

You're welcome.

Kisses,
