It seems the blogging world is full of Mommy bloggers, Fashionistas, Travel connoisseurs and Interior Design writers...but all from the perspective of women. So it intrigues me when I see male writers so willing to put it: family, opinions, creative ideas...all out there. It's refreshing, if you will.

Most recently I have added mybabyr0c to my blog list which is written from the perspective of a happily married father of 6. What intrigues me is that here I am, a 25 year old single gal living alone and here he is a married father of 6 and yet what brings people together in the blogging world is a passion for a creative outlet. We all want to share things that make us happy in hopes someone else will find that happiness in the small things too. We all want to be heard and we all want to inspire. Shawn folds his daily life and lessons into what makes him fulfilled (beautiful wife and gorgeous children) and what keeps himself sane; music, travel and sports.
It just goes to show single or married we all need to remember who we are and what makes us tick as individuals.
