Happy Autumn! I kicked off my favorite season by waking up before sunrise and went for a RUN. I am ashamed to say I've never done this before in my life. Isn't that crazy? I've surely been missing out. Not only do I have a pep in my step and a natural flush to my cheeks but I was so tempted to scream "wakey wakey eggs and bakey!" to my neighbors since I was up before them.
Pros: Giving myself enough time to run and then stretch to the sweet sounds of Zack Morris.
Con: Running by Bruegger's bagels and La Chatelaine before 6:30am while they're baking their morning GOODNESS. Oh sweet Jesus.
Tonight we dominate in the sand volleyball tournament at Flannagans. Any time a free pizza, pitcher of beer and a t-shirt are at stake, we mean business.
